Charming Baltic Amber Heart Pendant
 
One supplied,  sizes could vary minutely as they are all fairly similar, average size is approx 10mm.   As with most Baltic Amber there may be inclusions.  All hearts are 'cognac' coloured, mostly dark cognac, but there are always slight variations in colour/shade, as shown in photo

Based on Traditional Use, it has since long ago been commonplace for 'mothers to be' to wear Amber because it was believed to aid with bone and immune system development for the baby being carried. This is similar to the traditional use of Baltic Amber being used for Baby teething problems.  Baltic Amber is the most powerful amber, as it contains the largest amount of Succinic Acid in comparison to Amber from anywhere else in the world.

AMBER is not actually a ‘crystal’ or ’stone’.  Baltic Amber (not Copal...young Amber) is however accepted into the 'crystal world' as it IS a fossil -  a natural fossilised resin. It has a long tradition of healing uses.  Succinite is an analgesic, and also useful for arthritis/rheumatism, back and muscle pain.  Amber is also believed to help alleviate stress/depression and enhance self confidence.   Amber like most crystals is believed to be made more effective by wearing the stone next to the skin. Baltic Amber
